A $475,000 Pennsylvania Cash 5 jackpot was hit Sunday in Wilkes-Barre. The place of purchase was a Mini Mart at 94 S. Pennsylvania Ave. The ticket was the only one in the state with all the numbers: 4, 6, 20, 23, and 30.
